This Privacy Policy explains how Liquor at Ovation collects, uses, and protects your information.
Information We Collect. Account details (such as your name, phone, and email), order history, and delivery addresses you provide, plus basic device/usage data to operate the store.
How We Use It. To process and fulfill your orders, provide customer service, send order updates and, if you separately opt in, promotional text messages, and improve our services.
Sharing. We share information with service providers who help us operate (such as payment and delivery partners) only as needed to fulfill your order, and as required by law.
Text Messaging. We run two text message programs: order updates and, for people who separately opt in, promotional texts. Both are described in our Terms & Conditions (/p/terms) and in our Text Message Program Terms at https://liquorovation.com/p/sms.
What we collect. Your mobile number and your choices for each program. When you join promotional texts, we also keep a record of your consent: the exact wording you agreed to and its version, the date and time, where you joined (checkout, sign-in, or your account page), your IP address and device or browser, the result of the 21+ age check, the confirmation text we sent, the promotional texts we send you, and any STOP or START reply.
How we use it. To send the texts you asked for, honor your opt-outs, confirm you are 21 or older, and show that you agreed.
We may use your purchase history, product preferences, and interactions with our online store to personalize promotional messages, including discounts, product recommendations, and special offers. Your information will not be used to send promotional texts on behalf of unrelated retailers without the consent required by law.
Links in our promotional messages may contain unique identifiers that allow us and our authorized service providers to track visits to our online store and purchases resulting from promotional messages. We use this information to measure campaign performance, understand customer engagement, and improve our promotional offers.
How long we keep it. We retain promotional consent records, message history, and opt-out records for at least five years following the latest applicable consent, promotional communication, opt-out, or termination of the marketing program, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Limited suppression records may be retained longer to honor opt-out requests.
Sharing of text messaging information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The service providers that send texts for us process your number only to deliver them. Your consent authorizes promotional text messages from LIQUOR AT OVATION, INC. d/b/a Liquor at Ovation. Your consent does not authorize promotional messages from independently operated retailers or other businesses using the same online ordering technology.
Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Replying STOP to our promotional number, (844) 524-2916, unsubscribes you from promotional messages; replying STOP to our order notification number, (833) 593-6704, unsubscribes you from all our text messages. You may also ask us to stop all text messages at any time. Reply HELP for help.
Date of Birth. Because we sell age-restricted products, we ask for your date of birth when you sign in, place an order, or sign up for text messages, to confirm you're at least 21. It is your own declaration of age, not an identity check: valid government-issued photo ID is still checked at pickup or delivery. We keep it with your account along with a record of the age check (and of any refusal), use it only for age verification and compliance, share it only with service providers who operate the store for us, and retain it under our data retention schedule.
