Text Message Program Terms
These Text Message Program Terms describe the order text messages Liquor at Ovation sends to customers who shop our online store.
Liquor at Ovation sends transactional text messages, to customers who tick the box at checkout, about the order they placed: order received, ready for pickup, out for delivery, delivered, and cancellations or refunds. These order texts never contain promotions. Promotional texts are a separate program with their own sign-up and their own number — see "Promotional texts" below.
At checkout, a separate box below the phone field is unticked unless you tick it. Its label reads: “Text me updates about this order from Liquor at Ovation (optional). Msg frequency varies (about 2–5 per order). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Not required to place your order.” Ticking that box is your consent to texts about that order. It is optional, and consent is not a condition of purchase: you can place an order without it and follow the order on the order page or by email instead. Entering a phone number, or signing in with a one-time code, does not sign you up for text messages.
Message frequency varies — typically about 2–5 messages per order.

Liquor at Ovation uses separate telephone numbers for promotional text messages and transactional order notifications. Replying STOP to our promotional number, (844) 524-2916, will unsubscribe you from promotional messages from Liquor at Ovation while allowing separately authorized order notifications to continue. Replying STOP to our order notification number, (833) 593-6704, will unsubscribe you from both transactional and promotional text messages. You may also request that all Liquor at Ovation text messages stop at any time. Promotional messages will not resume unless you provide new marketing consent through our enrollment process.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy (/p/privacy) for how we handle your information.
Links in our promotional messages may contain unique identifiers that allow us and our authorized service providers to track visits to our online store and purchases resulting from promotional messages. We use this information to measure campaign performance, understand customer engagement, and improve our promotional offers. Additional details are available in our Privacy Policy (/p/privacy).
Promotional texts (separate opt-in)
Liquor at Ovation also sends deals and new-arrival texts, but only to customers who tick a separate box to join them. Order texts never depend on it, and joining is never required to buy.
- Up to 6 messages a month, never more than 3 in a day, and only between 8 AM and 8 PM store time.
- Only for customers 21 and over — we confirm your date of birth before you join.
- Promotional texts come from a different number than your order updates. Reply STOP to that number to stop promotions; your order updates keep coming.
- Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We never share or sell your number or your consent, and one store's list is never used by another.
